I know that body image can be difficult and accepting yourself is a long journey.
Having used self-portraiture as a healing source for my self-confidence and self-acceptance, I know first hand what a beautiful portrait of yourself can do. It has changed the way I see myself and this is the experience that I want to share with others.
There isn’t such a thing as not being photogenic, or not being beautiful enough to be in photographs. I believe that everybody deserves to feel beautiful and empowered and I believe that giving you the experience of portraiture is the perfect starting point to gain that confidence and self-love.
I love creating an experience for individuals, a one on one session where the person in front of me gets to feel special, allowed to have their fears and allowed to feel empowered and confident. That’s really what I seek when I photograph someone, giving them a safe space and to immortalize this moment with prints and images that will forever be a representation of that.
